Check or Money Order

Telephone Payment
If you are uncomfortable giving your card information over the Internet, you can give it to us over the phone. If you choose this option you will be given details about how you can make your payment.

Choose to pay securely and privately using your PayPal account balance or bank account balance. If you do not have a PayPal account you can use any of the credit/debit cards mentioned above. Neither your card number or any other financial information is revealed to us. If you choose this payment option we will send you an invoice by email providing you with a secure link to make your payment.
Our Return Policy
We will accept any product purchased directly from this website for a full refund in its original packaging and condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment.Exceptions to our above policy are products purchased from a third party website, linked from this website, where we are Distributors or Affiliates. Each of these third party websites, for whom we are Distributors or Affiliates, will have their own guarantee and return policies.Before returning any product we would appreciate that you call or email us to let us know.Alternatively you can also fill out the form opposite.
Our Shipping Charges
We will endeavor to fulfill your order within a couple of days of receipt, but please allow for up to 10 days for delivery for U.S. destinations, and up to 21 days for international. We will advise you by email the day we ship your order. If we feel that we are unable to get your order to you within the time mentioned above we will contact you to let you know. What will my order likely cost to ship? Most of the products purchased directly from this website individually and collectively (within reason) weigh less than 1 lb. Therefore, our shipping charge on most orders being shipped, even if they contain several items, to domestic destinations in the U.S.A., for example, will be just $5.00. If the weight of your order is more than 1 lb then our shipping charge will be just $7.00. You will be advised what your shipping charge will be during check out.
